Kronos Outage 3/11/2025 – Update #5 Service Restored

The Kronos system is currently back up and running. While this fix is temporary, we’re closely monitoring the situation and working to implement a more permanent solution. We hope that this fix will provide more stability until a permanent resolution is in place.

We appreciate your continued patience as we work toward a lasting resolution.

Kronos Outage 3/11/2025 – UPDATE

As of 1:50 PM, Kronos is back online.

Gov IT and the Department of Technology worked together to find a temporary fix that gets the system back up and running. We will continue to work with both teams to ensure that we can make this fix permanent and hopefully prevent further issues.

Kronos Outage 3/11/2025 – UPDATE

Good morning all,

Thank you for taking the time yesterday to meet with us to complete as much timekeeping clean-up as possible before we ran signoff.

At this time, we do not know when Kronos may be back online. Our partners in Local Gov IT are actively working with support teams from UKG to resolve this issue, and we hope it will be back up soon. We are exploring temporary measures that may allow some access but will update you all on that possibility after further testing.

Thank you again for all your hard work and patience as we continue to work through this.

Kronos Outage 3/10/2025

As many of you know, Kronos is currently down for ACPS employees. We have contacted our partners in Gov IT and our Department of Technology, and they have begun troubleshooting the issue. Please instruct your employees to note the time for manual entry when the system is back online.

As this is a payroll Monday, we may need to delay the 1:00 PM cutoff for signoff. Once the system has been restored, we will confirm when signoff will take place.

We will keep you all updated when Kronos is back online.
