Kronos Slowdown

As some of you may have noticed, Kronos is currently taking a much longer time to load than normal. This may impact anyone trying to access timecards in the system. IT is aware, and a fix is currently being worked on. In the meantime, if a non-exempt employee is unable to log time, please have them maintain a paper timesheet.

Timekeepers and Supervisors will have to key any missed punches for these employees when Kronos is back up.

Please feel free to reach out to Thomas Abell via email with any questions regarding this outage.

Kronos Outage

As some of you may have noticed, Kronos is currently displaying a notification error that is preventing employees from making any changes to a timecard including clocking in or out. A fix is currently being worked on, but in the meantime, please have any non-exempt employees maintain a paper timesheet for the rest of the day.

Timekeepers and Supervisors will have to key any missed punches for these employees when Kronos is back up.

Please feel free to reach out to Thomas Abell via email with any questions regarding this outage.

New EAR Process

Hello Timekeepers!

As you may be aware we are moving away from our current paper-based EAR process — We are moving that process into ADP! There are several advantages to this: You’ll manage change in a single system; in time turn-around on changes will be faster; the guided workflow will make the process easier.

The first step is to help us verify that you serve in the role of Timekeeper and manage EAR’s. If you could take a minute to fill out the survey below, it will help us with messaging, training plans, and improved data on roles.

EAR Submitter Information

Additional announcements will be coming soon around changes and training opportunities.

If you have any questions, reach out to Thomas Abell or Kim Shigeoka.

Thank you!
