Leave (FMLA, WC, STD) Update
As we are still working through the Leave Module within UKG Ready, please remember to continue sharing any instances of Leave usage associated with these cases with our Leave and/or Workers Comp Teams.
If an employee does need leave applied to their timesheet, please DO NOT add anything directly to the timesheet. HR will make sure the time has been added once that information has been shared.

Comp Time Leave Conversion Process Update
We have had to make a change to how Comp Time Leave conversions take place. The system will no longer generate the counter distribution notifications. Instead, the employee will need to submit a Change Request to apply the “Comp Time” Activity to any shift in which they earned OT. We are working with the Office of Communications to get this update shared.
