2024 – 2025 Supplemental Pay Scale

This year’s supplemental pay scale is available for review: 2024-2025 Supplemental Pay Scale. New rates start on 8/12/2024.

A note from our Compensation Manager, Sunny Thies-Moon:

“To have consistency in sub and temp rates, we have linked the rates with the appropriate position’s pay grades (Non-VRS) and teacher’s step scales (Non-VRS step 0). The new supplemental pay scale rates are effective from 8/12/2024. These adjustments are necessary to maintain the consistency of our compensation.
We understand the importance of transparency and efficient rates, especially within an educational environment, and we remain committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to the compensation team.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Best regards,
Sunny”

Thank you for all your hard work! We hope you have a fantastic year!
