Summer School Plans
As summer school quickly approaches, we will hope to build on the success of last year by following a similar model:
- Staffing spreadsheets will be sent to each location’s timekeeper/admin team in charge of summer school. We ask that you all fill these spreadsheets out as detailed as possible to help with the building of schedules.
- Unlike last year when the HR team built each employee’s schedule, we hope to build that into the training session with the timekeepers/admins.
- Our tentative plan is to host a longer training session this year. The first half will be spent going over how to build the schedules, and the second half will be a working session where we can help you all build the schedules and answer any questions that may pop up along the way.
Please be on the lookout for these spreadsheets and a training signup form in the coming weeks!

- Monday, 6/5/2023 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday, 6/8/2023 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
